It’s really disappointing that the Government has now again decided to shelve the changes at the Flinders University/Southern Expressway/Sturt Road site.
They first promised doing something on Sturt Road in 2006 - and it's the next priority in the South Australia Government's own infrastructure plan.

In 2007, Federal Labor pledged $500 million for a range of improvements including that intersection.

In my doorknocking around Boothby and at my Listening Posts, you have been raising with me the issue of your internet access and broadband speeds. There are many suburbs in Boothby which have poor broadband, especially in the Mitcham hills, including Aberfoyle Park.
The NBN has been taking too long to be rolled out and costs too much. But on top of that, it is not prioritising the areas with the worst broadband today.
The Coalition is committed to upgrading broadband sooner, cheaper and more affordably for consumers.

I have been fighting for five years to see South Road become a non-stop, North-South corridor, including a grade separation of the Sturt Rd/South Rd intersection.
Join my campaign to upgrade South Road.My opinion, sharded by the RAA, is that improving traffic flow along South Road would decrease pressure on the other major feeder roads, and improve traffic congestion overall across the Souther suburbs.
