I would like to thank the parents who contacted me this morning to let me know that the 196 bus service from the City to Blackwood Station failed to arrive.
Following my call to ABC 891 on their behalf, Adelaide Metro will now be compensating those students who were affected.
More importantly, however, I hope that drawing attention to the issue will now reduce the chances of such failures happening in the future.
